These Terms & Conditions apply to personalised songs and related digital products supplied by Sonawave Music through sonawavemusic.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Sonawave Music

Sonawave Music creates personalised, AI-assisted songs shaped around information, stories and creative preferences supplied by customers.

2. Our Personalised-Song Service

Each song is created using the information supplied in the order form, including names, pronunciation, occasion, memories, mood and preferred musical style.

All packages receive the same creative care. Package differences relate mainly to the included files, presentation and number of revisions.

Unless otherwise agreed, personalised songs are normally approximately two to three minutes long.

3. Customer Information

You are responsible for checking that all information submitted with your order is accurate, including:

  • Names and spelling.
  • Pronunciation guidance.
  • Dates and deadlines.
  • Stories, memories and requested wording.
  • Music style and mood preferences.
  • Your email address and contact details.

Sonawave Music is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

You confirm that you have permission to provide any personal information, photographs, wording or other material submitted with your order.

4. Creative Interpretation

A personalised song is a creative work. The finished song may not match every imagined musical detail or reference exactly.

Style, mood and singer preferences are treated as creative direction rather than a guarantee of an exact artist, voice, performance or musical result.

Sonawave Music will not intentionally imitate a living artist’s voice or create a direct copy of an existing copyrighted song.

5. AI-Assisted Creation

Sonawave Music may use artificial-intelligence tools as part of the songwriting, vocal, instrumental, production or editing process.

Human creative direction, selection, editing and quality review are used to shape the finished result.

6. Packages and Deliverables

The deliverables included are those shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Personal Song

  • Personalised song, normally approximately two to three minutes.
  • MP3 master.
  • One revision.

Personal Song Plus

  • Personalised song, normally approximately two to three minutes.
  • MP3 master.
  • MP3 instrumental.
  • Lyrics PDF.
  • Up to two revisions.

Premium Gift Experience

  • Personalised song, normally approximately two to three minutes.
  • WAV master.
  • WAV instrumental.
  • Lyrics PDF.
  • Lyric video.
  • Printable gift certificate.
  • Up to three revisions.

Any additional item, service or custom request must be agreed separately.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed using the method shown on the invoice, checkout page or payment request.

Work may not begin until payment has been received.

8. Production and Delivery

Estimated production or delivery times are not guaranteed unless a deadline has been expressly accepted by Sonawave Music.

Customers should provide enough time before birthdays, weddings or other fixed events.

Completed files are normally delivered electronically by email or private download link.

The customer is responsible for downloading and safely storing the delivered files.

9. Revisions

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the submitted song based on the information and creative direction contained in the original order.

Examples of reasonable revisions may include:

  • Correcting a factual or pronunciation error.
  • Adjusting a line of lyrics.
  • Making a reasonable change to wording, balance or arrangement.

Revisions do not normally include:

  • Changing the recipient or complete story.
  • Replacing the original musical direction with a substantially different genre.
  • Rewriting most or all of the song.
  • Creating an entirely new song concept.

Because AI-assisted music generation may create natural variations, a revised version may include slight differences in voice, melody, arrangement, instrumentation or performance.

Major changes to the original request may require a new order or an additional fee.

Revision requests should normally be submitted within seven days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

10. Cancellations

Please contact Sonawave Music as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Because each song is created specifically from the customer’s personal instructions, cancellation and refund availability may depend on whether production has started and how much work has already been completed.

Where you expressly ask Sonawave Music to begin work before the end of any applicable cancellation period, you may be required to pay for work already completed if you later cancel.
