Q: How does the ordering process work?
Complete the order form with details about the recipient and the song you would like. Choose your package, continue to checkout and complete payment. We will then review your information, create your personalised song and deliver it by email when it is ready.
Q: What information should I provide?
Share the recipient’s name and pronunciation, personality, meaningful memories, preferred music style and anything special you would like included. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Q: Can I choose the music style and vocal?
Yes. You can select your preferred music style and vocal in the order form. These choices guide the creative direction, although every finished song will have its own unique sound.
Q: How long does it take?
Most personalised songs are delivered within 5–7 days. Premium Gift Experience orders receive priority in the production queue. If you have an important deadline, please include it when ordering. Deadlines are not guaranteed unless agreed with us in advance.
Q: Can I request changes?
Yes. The Personal Song package includes one revision, Personal Song Plus includes up to two revisions, and Premium Gift Experience includes up to three revisions. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the original request. Major changes may require a new order.
Q: What will I receive?
Every package includes a complete personalised song and digital delivery. Higher packages include additional keepsakes such as an instrumental version, lyrics PDF, digital cover, lyric video and gift certificate. Please check the package comparison for the exact items included.
Q: How will my song be delivered?
Your completed song and any included files will be delivered digitally by email or private download link. Please download and safely store your files after delivery.
Q: What if the recipient’s name is unusual?
Please include clear pronunciation guidance in the order form. You can spell the name phonetically, for example: “Maisie — MAY-zee.”
Q: Can I share the song on social media?
Yes. You may share it on your personal, non-commercial social-media accounts. Business, advertising, promotional and monetised use is not included.
Q: Can I use the song commercially?
No. Every package includes a Personal Use Licence. Commercial use requires separate written permission from Sonawave Music and may involve an additional licence fee.
Q: Is AI used?
Yes. Sonawave Music uses AI-assisted music tools together with personal creative direction, selection, editing and quality review to create each unique song.
Q: How is personal information handled?
