1. The Giveaway


To celebrate NameSongDaily reaching 10,000 likes on TikTok, Sonawave Music is giving one winner a full personalised song package.


No purchase is necessary to enter.


2. How to Enter


To enter:


  • Follow @NameSongDaily on TikTok.
  • Comment on the official 10K giveaway video telling us who you would gift the personalised song to.


Each valid comment counts as one entry.


Only comments made on the official giveaway video during the giveaway period are eligible.


No website form or purchase is required to enter.


3. Eligibility


Entrants must:


  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have a valid TikTok account.
  • Follow the entry instructions.
  • Be located in the United Kingdom.


Entries that are fraudulent, automated, abusive or otherwise invalid may be excluded.


4. Giveaway Period


The giveaway begins when the official 10K giveaway video is published on @NameSongDaily.


Closing date and time: Monday 31 August 2026 at 7:00pm BST (UK time).


Entries received after the closing time will not be included.


5. Prize


One winner will receive a full personalised Sonawave song package, including:


  • Full personalised song.
  • Choice of music style and vocal preference.
  • MP3 audio.
  • Studio-quality WAV.
  • Instrumental version.
  • Personalised lyric / sing-along video.
  • Premium Sonawave digital cover.
  • Printable gift certificate.
  • Priority production.
  • Up to three reasonable song revisions.
  • Personal-use licence.
  • Digital delivery.

  • Prize value: £89.

     


    The personalised song package will normally be delivered digitally within 10 working days after the winner has provided all information required to create the song.

     

Factual, spelling or pronunciation mistakes made by Sonawave Music despite the winner providing the correct information will be corrected without counting as a revision.


The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for money.


6. Winner Selection


After the giveaway closes, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. Sonawave Music will retain reasonable evidence of the selection process.


7. Winner Notification


The selected winner will be contacted through TikTok within 24 hours of the giveaway closing, by direct message where available and/or by reply to their winning comment.


The winner must respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt. If they do not respond within that time, or are found to be ineligible, Sonawave Music may select another winner at random.


Once eligibility has been confirmed, the winner will be announced on @NameSongDaily.


8. Creating the Winner’s Song


After the winner has been confirmed, they will receive access to the Sonawave Music personalised-song form.


The winner may be asked to provide:


  • Recipient name and pronunciation.
  • Occasion.
  • Preferred music style and vocal.
  • Story, memories or qualities to include.
  • Special wording they would like included.
  • Other information reasonably required to create the song.

     

 

The winner should provide the required song information within 7 days of receiving the personalised-song form, unless otherwise agreed with Sonawave Music.

 

Entrants should not post private or sensitive personal information publicly in TikTok comments.


The personalised song may be created using AI-assisted music and production tools together with human creative direction, editing and quality review by Sonawave Music.


9. Personal Use


The prize is supplied under the Sonawave Music Personal Use Licence.


It is for personal, non-commercial use.


Commercial use, resale, sublicensing or commercial advertising use is not included.


10. Privacy


Information supplied for the giveaway and the winning personalised song will be handled in accordance with the Sonawave Music Personalised Song & Promotions Privacy Notice.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing.


11. TikTok


This giveaway is organised by Sonawave Music / NameSongDaily.


TikTok does not sponsor, endorse or administer this giveaway and is not responsible for it.


Entrants must comply with TikTok’s applicable terms and community rules.


12. General


Sonawave Music will operate the giveaway fairly and in accordance with these terms.


Entries that do not meet the requirements may be excluded.


The giveaway may only be changed, suspended or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside Sonawave Music’s control.
